• Custom and Personalized Orders: Custom designs may need extra time, with processing up to 5-7 business days.

2. Shipping Rates and Options

• Standard Shipping: A flat rate is applied based on location and order size. Once processed, delivery usually takes 2-5 business days.

• Expedited Shipping: Available for an additional fee, with delivery in 1-2 business days after processing.

• International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

3. Tracking Your Order

• After your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

4. Delivery Issues

• Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your package is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please reach out to us, and we’ll work with our shipping partners to help resolve the issue.

• Incorrect Address: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
